Mehmet Fatih Okyay, MD, FEBOPRAS, ranked 8th in his term in the Turkish Medical Specialization Examination.

He completed a Plastic, Reconstructive, and Aesthetic Surgery residency at the world-renowned Istanbul University, Cerrahpaşa Faculty of Medicine.

He was awarded the Fellow of the European Board of Plastic, Reconstructive and Aesthetic Surgeons (FEBOPRAS) award, given by the European Association of Medical Specialists in terms of quality equivalence, 2018, Brussels.

Due to this award, he was also awarded the Fellow of the Turkish Board of Plastic, Reconstructive and Aesthetic Surgeons (Turkish Board) award by the Turkish Plastic, Reconstructive and Aesthetic Surgery Association in the same year.

He founded Dr. MFO Clinic as an owner on June 1st, 2021.

During his career, he participated in many scientific meetings and took part in the organizing committees. He had the opportunity to be a speaker in some of them.
With his 13 years of plastic surgery experience, he is intensely interested in forehead contouring, facelift, nose aesthetics, facial feminization surgeries in gender-affirming facial aesthetics, tummy tuck, liposuction, body shaping in body aesthetic surgery, and breast feminization & aesthetic surgeries.

He is a permanent member of the International Society of Aesthetic Surgeons (ISAPS), the Turkish Plastic Surgery Association (TSPRAS), the Turkish Aesthetic Plastic Surgery Association (TSAPS), and the World Professional Association of Transgender Health (WPATH).

He is academic in English and fluent in Spanish. He also speaks intermediate-level French.

He is a songwriter and poet, plays classical guitar, ney, and electric guitar. He is married and has three children.
